PLDT being assholes again.

Previously, I’ve had shitty issues with PLDT regarding the transfer of my line from my old condo to the new one. Now they are at it again, this time in a different manner.

I was just contacted by some guy named Atty De Guzman via txt saying:

U serepititiously leave ur acct in pldt dont wait this ofc to forwrd ur name to diff financial institution for blcklisting.u hve 24hrs to comply and to settle ur obligti0n. Atty De Guzman

That’s copy-pasted straight from my phone. Now, I have no such “obligation” because I have paid all my bills with PLDT to date. I have the receipts of all my payments to slap on their faces to prove it. Since my transfer, they have failed to deliver me my billing statements, this was corrected when I went to their office myself and inquired about the statements not arriving. So who has an obligation here? Well I pay all my bills, next bill is due next week, October 9, 2012. So what the fuck is the problem?! Need proof? I have the receipts right here.

FYI, “serepititiously” is not a word. Not in any dictionary, not even if you google it. So stop using your “lawyer” terms please. Also, please hire people who speak and write properly. As you can see the text message sent to me is full of shortcuts which can lead to misunderstandings. Do not ‘jeje’ text me because that is ridiculous and stupid. Us civilized people do not understand it.

Now PLDT, if you have issues with me why not call my landline or mobile directly?!

Finally! After 34 days!

34 days after I applied for my phone line & DSL to be transferred was finally completed today. I now have a fully working phone line with DSL. But it’s not a transfer, they actually issued me a new phone number. But the important thing is it’s actually working now. Finally. 

So to all of you out there who wish for their lines to be transferred/moved, remember to apply for it 1 month before you move! When they say it will take 15 days, they actually mean twice that at least. Also read the Fair Usage Policy or Terms Of Service of anything you are applying for, never believe their advertisements off the bat!

PLDT, Pathetic Long Delay Telecom…

PLDT is fucked up! Their technician finally contacts me after 31 days to transfer my line, turns out the address for the install is fucking wrong! I called their support and verified that I gave the correct address, they did acknowledge that I previously gave them the correct address. But the fucking Service Order is wrong! Not just wrong by a number or word, but the entire address is fucking different! Different building, different street, different barangay! WTF! Pathetic!
